These lovely brasses are used to decorate the bridles of draft horses and may be seen in use even today. This brass, which is marked on the reverse for England, celebrated the silver jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, so is dated to the 1970's making it a vintage piece. It measures 2 3/4" tall and 2 5/8" wide, is in excellent condition and would make the perfect gift for the collector of brasses or the Anglophile.
