What a find! This Champion and Wilton, founded 1787 in England, is the tops in antique sidesaddles and this one is in excellent condition. It is early 20th century, probably 1920's and was restored by a master saddler, has a doe seat and linen underside that is remarkably clean. All fittings in photos are included and are made for a C&W. The safety strap along with the balance strap, and Fitzwilliam girth are included. It is reinforced for jumping and is a very substantial saddle made to fit a medium-wide to wider horse.
Everything about this gorgeous saddle is perfect! You will be hard pressed to find another like this beauty. Please see photos for measurements. It will come with a custom made polka dot sidesaddle cover and two thin white sidesaddle pads.
