Reynard the Fox by Royal Doulton has not been manufactured for 40 years. To find the pieces individually is difficult but to find a pristine set of nine pieces of this highly sought bone china demitasse/espresso set is almost impossible. This hand painted set includes the lidded coffee pot, an open sugar and creamer, and six cups and saucers. The set was made in England. The fox hunt whip form handles have the thong and popper surrounding the cups, coffee/espresso/chocolate pot and creamer. Each saucer is decorated with a hunt whip form that outlines them. Each cup has a low relief fox mask in semi-profile, an unusual finding that all cups match, and the pot, creamer and sugar show the fox in full body sitting position. All proper fox hunters and lovers of Royal Doulton find this set irresistible and so will you!
