Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Anderson Jones purchase. If you are not, you have seven (7) days from the date the purchase was received by you to return the item in its original condition and packaging. You will receive a purchase price refund in 3-5 business days, less any shipping charges or insurance.

If in the unlikely event an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including any insurance that was required or requested by the purchaser.

It is strongly suggested that insurance be chosen at the time of checkout for higher priced items. The choice of insurance is completely at the buyer’s discretion.
