These fantastic vintage fox mask form sterling silver place card holders were created by the House of Asprey, England, founded 1781, and awarded the Great Britain royal warrant for silver in 1920. They are hallmarked for Birmingham, England, 1989, six in the set and are in the original leather, velvet and satin presentation case. The interior case boasts the royal warrant of Queen Elizabeth II and it reads, " By appointment to HM the Queen Goldsmiths Silversmiths and Jewellers Asprey London." Each holder measures approximately 3/4" x 1/2" and weigh 20 grams each. They are very detailed. These are highly prized and would make a wonderful 25th wedding anniversary gift, an addition to your silver collection, a striking addition to your dining table, or a gift for the foxhunter or lover of woodland animals
