Mug Vintage Toby Mug Gone Away by Doulton and Company England

The Toby Mug as only the Doulton and Company could do them is perfectly embodied in "Gone Away". Royal Doulton was founded in 1901 and this large version of the mug encompasses the British Isles tradition of fox hunting. The deep lines of the huntsman or master is in fine detail with a handle of a perfect gray fox. The Gone Away mark is on the reverse and the Doulton mark is on the base. It is in pristine condition and measures a generous 7" tall. It is a wonderful home or office decor element and also would serve well as a striking container for cut flowers.
