This wonderful book, printed in 2005, is an anthology of prose and pictures compiled and edited by Michael Clayton, former editor of Horse & Hound. Historical sporting artists, Allen and Pollard, modern sporting artists, and photos by Jim Meade are featured within its pages. It focuses on hunts in the UK. The dust jacket is perfect as are the pages, and binding, there is a slight mustiness when opened. This book is no longer in print. It measures 11 1/2”x12”x1/2” making it a lovely tabletop book and an outstanding gift for the fox hunter.
