These are antique to vintage, and a very unique set of vest or waistcoat buttons. Each unmarked button boasts a different fox hunting scene and comes with its individual, original shank. They are encased in brass with a clear covering over the images. They are ready for use, and appropriate for the collector of hunt ephemera or buttons. Each button measures 1/2" in diameter, the last one on the right has crackling otherwise the buttons are perfect. They will arrive in their original leather and satin storage case that shows expected light wear. The push and spring brass closure is tight. The person from whom they came told me that he had actually worn these. Give them as a most appreciated gift to the fox hunter, the dapper man in your life, or the collector of buttons. What a conversation piece.
